Tee comes from California and has lived in several different countries. She started life as a US Army soldier but also has extensive marketing and design experience and uses her psychology degree to make a difference in people's lives and careers.

My background spans startups, healthtech, edtech and global organizations, with deep expertise in marketing operations, CRM systems, content strategy and team leadership. I’ve built marketing infrastructure from the ground up, hired and led teams, managed agencies and delivered measurable revenue impact.
I’m deeply passionate about technology as a tool for human support and sustainability. That belief combined with my experience as a musician advocate and a U.S. Army Veteran led me to create the B.E.A.T. System™ and the B.E.A.T.syncro™ app, designed to support musicians’ mental health, nervous system regulation and creative longevity.
I bring calm leadership, accountability and operational discipline to fast-moving environments and I’m especially effective in early-stage and scaling companies that need someone who can build, lead and execute.
